Vision HR runs attendance, leave, shifts and payroll for your employer. The VS-HR app is how you reach your own records from your phone.

What to include: Your company name, your work email, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than anything else.

I don't have a sign-in: Accounts are created by your employer, not by us. Ask whoever manages HR where you work — they can add you and the app will email you an invitation.
My verification code hasn't arrived: The code is emailed each time you sign in. Check your junk folder, and make sure your employer has your correct work email. Codes expire after ten minutes; ask for a new one rather than reusing an old one.
I forgot my password: Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A code is emailed to you, and you choose a new password with it.
It says I'm out of range when I clock in: Your employer can require you to be at a work site to clock in. Make sure location is allowed for the app while you are using it, and that you are at the site. If you should be able to clock in from elsewhere, ask your employer to change the setting.
Something in my record is wrong: Attendance can be corrected in the app: open the day and send a correction, and your manager reviews it. Anything else — your name, bank details, documents — is changed by HR.
